Join us for a special evening with Louis XIII cognac. Guests will enjoy a 4-course dinner of Ile Flottante with potato, truffle, and caviar; Scallop with guanciale, tropical emulsion, and pork jus; Pidgeon with wild mushroom and huckleberry; and Canelés de Bordeaux alongside a special collection of French wines hand-selected by Beverage Director Kolin Juckins. The meal will conclude with a tasting of the infamous Louis XIII cognac produced by Rèmy Martin and remarks from Julien Pardes, an esteemed Louis XIII Ambassador.
